Galden® SV55 is a low-molecular-weight PFPE solvent engineered for electronics and semiconductor cleaning where solvents may contact hot parts, be pre-heated, or be pressure-sprayed. It is safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, and has zero ODP. It’s fully compatible with metals and a wide range of elastomers/plastics, and is miscible with PFPE oils/greases; it also mixes with PFCs and CTFE oils above ~45 °C.

Galden® PFPE electronic fluids is a line of dielectric fluids with boiling points ranging from 55 °C to 270 °C. Their excellent dielectric properties, high chemical and thermal stability combined with their capacity to operate at very low as well as elevated temperatures make them ideal for electronic quality testing. Fluids non-reactivity, excellent dielectric properties, nontoxicity, non-flammability and non-solvent features make Galden® PFPE electronic fluids suitable for electronic reliability testing including thermal shock and hermetic seal testing.
