Sales & Service, Inc. (SSI) is the Exclusive NAFTA Sales & Distribution for Galden fluids used in Electronics Testing, Vapor Phase Solder Reflow, EV/Charger Cooling, and Data-Center immersion.
Galden® D03 is the cost-optimized single-fluid solution for commercial and non-military thermal shock platforms, delivering reliable performance. Its higher boiling point, low vapor pressure, and strong dielectric behavior make it ideal for standardizing on one fluid while reducing loss rates and service load.
Galden® D03 is an excellent replacement for 3M Novec FC 40 and FC43 fluids.
Single-fluid thermal shock (Non-MIL)
One-fluid approach for hot/cold baths; typical hot steps to ~200 °C and cold steps to −195 °C where applicable.
Hermetic seal testing — Indicator (Non-MIL)
Higher boiling point and low vapor pressure at test temperature help minimize evaporative loss (Type II concepts).
Liquid Burn-In Testing — Dielectric Heat-Transfer Bath
Inert, high-dielectric bath for powered device soak with added thermal headroom vs. D02.
High-Voltage / Hipot Soak & Flashover Screening
Insulating bath for hipot/flashover work; strong dielectric and low εr enhance safety margins.
Carrier Fluid for Penetrants (NDT / Liquid Penetrant Concepts)
Low surface tension/viscosity improve wetting into fine discontinuities; moderate bp balances dwell time vs. removal.
Trace-Residue Elimination & Inspection Rinse
Heated or ambient rinses to eliminate trace residues without attacking materials.
Custom Liquid Cooling in Test Rigs & Fixtures
Stable performance for mid-to-high setpoints in thermal plates, baths, and fixture loops.
Electronic & Semiconductor Manufacturing Adjunct Tests
Property-driven vapor/liquid steps where a defined boiling point (~203 °C) or inert heat-transfer liquid is beneficial.
Chemical Processing & Aerospace Test Support (Property-Based Fit)
Inert, non-flammable bath liquid for handling/reactive or environmental test conditions.

Galden® PFPE electronic fluids is a line of dielectric fluids with boiling points ranging from 55 °C to 270 °C. Their excellent dielectric properties, high chemical and thermal stability combined with their capacity to operate at very low as well as elevated temperatures make them ideal for electronic quality testing. Fluids non-reactivity, excellent dielectric properties, nontoxicity, non-flammability and non-solvent features make Galden® PFPE electronic fluids suitable for electronic reliability testing including thermal shock and hermetic seal testing.
